I’m so impressed with how much WRITING you’ve been doing. Give yourself grace for “playing around” for one evening. I think that, sometimes, our brains just need to stay in neutral for short while. As long as it’s not a regular habit, you know?

Move on. You are WAY more productive than I’ve been for many months now. (I know, I know, I have an excuse, and she’s only 2 months old. But I’m sitting here eating Phish Food and reading blogs instead of writing, so what can I say?)

Robo Doofus – I actually considered that. It’s one of those titles that is an easy target. Considering I’ve only gut 700+ words of it written, I don’t see it happening. So, crap it is, brotha! You have a 9 year old? Dude. You’re ancient!

CJG/PR – Thanks all around. I’m beginning to think the NaNo thing is a bust, but who knows? Stranger things have happened…

Colorado Steph – I think the NaNo site is horrible this year. Slow, clunky, hard to find people. Ugh. And yeah, you got me beat. I finished 3 books this year, but one of ‘em I started last year. If all goes well, I’ll be submitting GOODHALO early next year.

Nanowrimo is so last year. As in last year I tried it and failed. So this year, I’m not even going there. Besides. I wrote 3 books this year.

2. My youngest daughter's B-day is 10/29. She just turned 9 and I feel old.
